What size should I order?
Each product includes a size guide to help you choose the right fit. We use UK sizing for all our pieces.
Before placing your order, please refer to the size chart and ensure that your bust, waist, and hip measurements correspond with the appropriate UK size.
Choosing the correct size using our size guide helps ensure the best possible fit.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate personalized sizing. We encourage all our customers to select their size based on our size chart, as this helps ensure the best fit. The only custom adjustments we currently offer are trouser, Gown and bustier length.
If you still prefer a fully customized size, we can accommodate your request for an additional 20% customization fee.
Please note that in this case, we will work strictly with the measurements you provide and cannot be held responsible for any fitting issues resulting from those measurements.

How long does delivery take?
Production takes 7 - 10 working days. Within Nigeria, delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. For international orders, it may take up to 10 working days, depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If you ordered a specific size and received the wrong size, we'll gladly resolve the issue. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
However, if the size you ordered matches the size you received, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to incorrect size selection.
We encourage all customers to carefully review our size guide before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

What if I have a problem with my order?

Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes, we do on some occasions. Please email admin@shopprivatelabel.com to check or place a pre-order.
Can I pay on delivery?
No, we do not offer payment on delivery. All orders must be paid for in full before shipping.
How do I care for my pieces?
We recommend a gentle machine wash. Avoid harsh detergents to help preserve the fabric and print.
